由广东省潮人海外联谊会青年委员会（简称广东潮青）主办的首届湾区青年（传统文化）影像国际赛17日下午在广州启动。
聚焦岭南传统文化
《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》提出要共建人文湾区，塑造湾区人文精神，共同推进中华优秀传统文化的传承发展。粤港澳三地居民同饮珠江水，2000多年同根同源、血脉相通的岭南文化，是粤港澳大湾区的突出优势。广东潮青发挥民间平台优势，联手粤港澳大湾区广大青年社团，发动国内外青年以图片、短视频的新媒体模式，关注岭南文化，记录创作精彩作品，共同向海内外传播悠久璀璨的中华文明。
比赛作品内容涵盖学术、文学、绘画、书法、音乐、戏曲、工艺、建筑、园林、民俗、宗教、饮食、语言、侨乡文化等，展示岭南文化多元、务实、开放、兼容、创新等特点，对岭南地区乃至全国的经济、社会发展起着积极的推动作用。
全球青年共同参与，融媒方式国际传播
首届湾区青年（传统文化）影像国际赛主要面对海内外16-45岁青年创作者，任何岭南传统文化学习者、爱好者，不限职业、不限语言、不限地域，以个人或团队名义均可参加比赛。大赛正式启动后将持续半年时间。2月1日至6月30日接受网络投稿。之后组委会将组织国内外影视、文化界等权威专家组成的评审委员会，对参赛作品进行审核和初评，并分阶段展示。7月1日至7日将进行总决赛网络投票，最后由评审委员会对全部入选作品进行综合评定，选出获奖作品，并于7月中下旬举办颁奖大会。
民间社团组织发动、知名专家权威评审
本次大赛得到社会各界的广泛的支持，广东省潮人海外联谊会、广东省广府人珠玑巷后裔海外联谊会、广东省客属海外联谊会、广东省粤港澳合作促进会文化委员会、国际潮青联合会、澳门归侨总会六大社团联合作为大赛指导单位，支持、指引整个大赛活动。湾区青年发展研究院（香港）和粤港澳大湾区众多青年社团共同参与大赛的发动和组织。

一、比赛规则
1.主要面向海内外16-45岁青年创作者。
2.任何岭南传统文化学习者、爱好者，不限职业、不限语言、不限地域，以个人、团队名义均可参赛。
3.参赛作品内容原创、真实，不违反法律法规，不违背公序良俗。
4.主办方对参评作品有展览展示、研究评价以及宣传推广的权利。
5.一经发现版权纠纷，主办方有权取消作品参赛资格，同时保留对可能产生的损害进行追偿的权利。
6.主办方对本次大赛产生的争议保留最终解释权。
二、参赛方式

2月1日正式接受投稿参赛。
三、比赛流程
1.参赛者创作图片、短视频作品，内容与岭南文化的推广和保护相关。
2.参赛者将图片、短视频作品在微信“视频号”上公开发布，并在发布时加入活动主题 “#首届湾区青年影像国际赛”，并将已发布的作品链接提交主办方客服微信。
3.主办方客服微信号为：青年影像国际赛客服（ chaoqing ）
4.主办方对作品进行初评，入围作品将在官方视频号上发布，具体发布程序另行告知。
5.主办方将分阶段评出优秀作品进行展示。
6.七月初对全部优秀作品进行集中网络投票，随后评委会对作品进行总评，选出获奖作品。
7.七月中下旬，主办方将举办颁奖盛典，对获奖作品给予奖励。8.具体奖项和奖励内容详见活动官网。

The First Greater Bay Area Youth (Traditional Culture) Image International Competition organized by Youth Commission of Guangdong Teochow Overseas Friendship Union (abbreviated as YCGTOFU) kicked off in the afternoon of the 17th this month.
Focus on traditional Lingnan Cultre
It is required in the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area that a humanistic Bay Area should be built, and humanistic spirit of the Greater Bay Area should be forged to boost inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese cultures. Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao share the same water of Pearl River and have had the same source and history of culture in the South of Five Ridges over the past 2000 years, which is the outstanding advantage of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. YCGTOFU gives play to the strengths of the folk platform, unites with youth clubs in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, encourages domestic and overseas young people to pay attention to cultures in the South of Five Ridges, record and create wonderful works in the new mode of pictures and short videos to spread the long-standing brilliant Chinese civilizations at home and abroad.
The competition content covers academic work, literature, painting, calligraphy, music, opera, technology, architecture, landscape, customs, religion, diet, language and home culture of overseas Chinese. The competition aims to display the diversification, pragmatism, openness, inclusiveness and innovation of cultures in the South of Five Ridges and plays an active role in promoting economic and social development in the South of the Five Ridges and even the whole country.
Covering global young people, cultures are spread worldwide in the way of media convergence
First Greater Bay Area Youth (Traditional Culture) Image International Competition is mainly held for domestic and overseas young creators at age of 16-45. Regardless of your job, language and region, any learner and amateur of traditional cultures in the South of Five Ridges can participate in the competition in the name of individuals or teams. After the competition kicks off formally, it will last for an half year. Online contribution is accepted from 1st February to 30th June. After that, the Commission will organize domestic and overseas authoritative experts in the film circle and the culture circle to form a review committee to review and preliminarily evaluate competition works and display such works by stages. During 1st-7th July, final online voting will be carried out. All the selected works will be comprehensively evaluated by the review committee to select award-winning works. The award-giving meeting will be held in mid to late July.
Sponsoring by the folk organization and review by famous authoritative experts
This competition is supported by all walks of life. Guangdong Teochow Overseas Friendship Union, Overseas Friendship Association of Guangdong Cantonese Zhujixiang Descendants, Guangdong HAKKA Union, Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation, International Teochow Youth Federation (Hong Kong) and Association of Returned Overseas Chinese Macau serve as the guiding units of the competition to support and guide activities of the whole competition. Greater Bay Area Youth Development Research Institute (Hong Kong) and many youth clubs in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area participated in sponsorship and organization of the competition.

I. Competition rules
1. This competition is mainly for domestic and overseas young creators at age of 16-45.
2. Regardless of your job, language and region, any learner and amateur of traditional LingNan cultures can participate in the competition in the name of individuals or teams.
3. Competition works shall be real and original, shall not violate laws or regulations or public order and good custom.
4. The sponsor is entitled to display, exhibit, research, evaluate and publicize competition works.
5. Once copyright disputes happen, the sponsor is entitled to cancel the qualification of the work for participating in the competition and reserves the right of claiming compensation for possible damages.
6. The sponsor reserves the right of final interpretation to controversy arising from this competition.

III. Competition procedure
1. The pictures and short videos for participating in the competition shall be related to publicity and protection of cultures in the South of Five Ridges.
2. Participators shall publicly release pictures and short video works onto the "Channels" of WeChat by adding the activity theme "# The First Greater Bay Area Youth Image International Competition" and send the URL of the released work to the customer service WeChat account of the sponsor.

4. The sponsor preliminarily evaluates works. Selected works will be released onto the official Channel of WeChat. The specific release procedure will be publicized separately.
5. The sponsor will select and display excellent works by stages.
6. At the beginning of July, centralized online voting will be carried out for all the excellent works. After that, the review committee will review such works to select the award-winning work.
7. In mid to late July, the sponsor will hold the ceremony to award the winning works.
