Chinese sisters Zhu Fanghui and Zhu Fangfei’ssuperb ballet skills interpreted the soul of ballet and shocked the audience!

Recently, at a top ballet school performance in New Zealand, Chinese sisters Zhu Fanghui and Zhu Fangfei, who played the leading roles in the dance dramas “Pandora’s Box” and “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” respectively, won applause from the audience their superb ballet skills sounds and screams.

It is understood that this top ballet performance in New Zealand is the year-end performance of the top ballet school in New Zealand: PHILIPPA CAMPBELL SCHOOL OF BALLET. On the day of the performance, many media and ballet lovers were attracted to watch, and even the instructors of the most famous ballet company in New Zealand also came to see their splendor.

The elder sister Zhu Fanghui starred in the play “Pandora’s Box” as a Greek girl who got a carved box. With her light and elegant dancing posture and demeanor, she fully displayed the story’s emotions, sorrows, joys, and desires. Every movement of hersis full of nature and agility, with dreamlike grace. The charm brought out by her toes, and the characters’ sense of drama and aesthetics are like a holy light, perfectly presented by the dancers. It brings the audience to the ultimate palace of ballet and integrates into the fairyland-like story.

The younger sister Zhu Fangfei starred as the magic apprentice Zhu Yue in “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.”The characters are portrayed vividly. The plot of the “apprentice” being illegal is vividly displayed in front of the audience. Throughout the performance, she lingered left and right, combined with cross and cross, her playful expression and exquisite dancing posture combined with hardness and softness. She danced calmly and comfortably as if her heart was traveling in an uncultivated space, showing her stage skills and bringing laughter and joy to the audience.

Success never happens by accident! The reason the Chinese sisters received thunderous applause, and even the instructors of the famous New Zealand ballet troupe were amazed, is that in addition to their enthusiasm, what is more, precious is their hard work and persistence.

Elder sister Zhu Fanghui (Yolanda) started to learn ballet at the age of 3. She is 14 years old this year and has been dancing ballet for over 10 years. Younger sister Zhu Fangfei (Jovina) started to learn ballet at the age of 4. She is 12 years old and has been dancing ballet for 8 years. The sisters were fortunate to meet two professional teachers of classical court ballet in their 80s more than ten years ago. Since then, they have begun to receive strict professional ballet training. For many years, they have persisted in studying after school from Monday to Friday. To cooperate with the children in learning ballet, the children’s mother also asked them to learn piano, violin, music theory, physical training, and other courses. The study ended at 9 pm on weekends. The sisters wanted to attendevery class even in the wind and rain.

Through the unremitting efforts of the two sisters, the elder sister was finally admitted to the New Zealand National Ballet in Wellington a year ago and became a backup actress. Because she still has to finish her studies, she has to shuttle between the two cities every year. The younger sister also successfully entered the world’s top ten Australian ballet schools. In their perfect dancing posture, in the applause they received, and when they were honored, all of these included their ups and downs and dedication to their families.

The reporter interviewed her sister Zhu Fanghui, and what she said moved the reporter remarkably. She said: “I have loved ballet since I was a child. Today, I would like to thank my mother for her dedication and hard work to fulfill us. I also want to thank the ballet teachers for their painstaking cultivation of us and their tolerance and love for us. Our sisters We will continue to develop in this art field, and we will never disappoint the expectations of our mentors.” In just a few words, express the children’s gratitude and determination to continue to work hard.

Seeing the worn-out dancing shoes of the sisters is enough to make people feel their hard work and sweat, and their success is inevitable. This made the reporter also recall that several years ago when China’s official media “People’s Daily Online” and “Qiaowang.com” published reports on New Zealand, they also selected photos of Zhu Fanghui’s beautiful dancing skills.

Their beauty is not only on the stage, but their life gestures show their dancers’ brilliance. All of them condense their pursuit of perfection and endless harshness to themselves. Their success is accumulated through repeated failures. Over the years, in the official competitions under the Royal New Zealand Ballet Association, the sisters have won hundreds of championship trophies! How proud they are!

However, these are inseparable from their mother Michelle’s selfless dedication. To have enough money for the children to participate in various expensive training and competitions, she worked three jobs at most, including working as a manager at the university and part-time as an IBM employee, leaving the house at 6 am and returning home after 9 pm. She was exhausted all over, to provide the best learning conditions for the children. Here, we also want to give warm applause to this great mother.

Ballet dancers are the most beautiful dancers. Zhu Fanghui and Zhu Fangfei have devoted themselves to art and brought unparalleled artistic enjoyment to the audience, which deserves our admiration. The sweat they left behind in the dance room, and their repeated trials are the best proof of their growth. We believe that with their efforts, these two dazzling new ballet stars will shine the most brilliantly and charmingly on the world stage.
