【环球时报记者 王逸】十三届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议23日表决通过了《中华人民共和国陆地国界法》(以下简称陆地国界法)。这部法律自2022年1月1日起施行,引发外国媒体高度关注。路透社24日称,这部法律不一定会改变中国处理边境安全的方式,但它反映出中国对自己管理边境的能力越来越有信心。《印度教徒报》称,印度和不丹是目前与中国有陆地边界争端的仅有的两个国家,中国与其他12个陆地邻国都已经划定了边界。10月14日,中国和不丹签署了一份谅解备忘录,确立了加快边界谈判的三步走路线图。而中国和印度在争议地区的争端仍在持续。
